Algae are the only (mini) plants in the world that produce the omega 3 fish fatty acids EPA and DHA.
Fresh Algae Oil made from algae that grow on land in controlled and enclosed conditions. This means that algae are by definition free of possible contaminants from the sea.
The taste makes the Omega 3 algae oil suitable for taking straight from the spoon or using in yoghurt, salad or smoothie (follow daily dosage).
One teaspoon (= half a measuring spoon) contains as much Omega-3 fats as 1 herring. Good for the heart (250mg EPA/DHA), brain function and vision (250mg DHA), blood fat/tryglycerides (2000mg EPA/DHA) and blood pressure (3000mg EPA/DHA. The additional daily intake together should not exceed 5000mg.
Arctic Blue used no plasticc, only a glass bottle, to prevent possible migration of plastic particles into the oil.

- Antioxidant (tocopherol-rich extract and ascorbyl palmitate).
Use algae oil
Recommended daily dosage: Adults and children over 12 years: 2.5 ml per day (lower line of the enclosed measuring spoon or a whole teaspoon). For children aged 3-12 years, halve this dosage. Use during or after meals.
Do not exceed recommended dose. A healthy lifestyle is important, as is a varied and balanced diet, for which nutritional supplements are no substitute. Keep out of reach of children.
