Arctic Blue fish oil with vitamin D

Arctic Blue fish oil from Norway.

Good for the heart (250mg EPA/DHA), brain function and vision (250mg DHA), blood fat/tryglycerides (2000mg EPA/DHA) and blood pressure (3000mg EPA/DHA). The additional daily intake together should not exceed 5000mg EPA/DHA. The oil contains a large dose of vitamin D, which is important for bones, muscle function and resistance. The taste makes the fish oil suitable for taking or eating straight from the spoon. use in yoghurt, salad or smoothie (follow daily dosage).

Recommended use per day:

10 ml during or after a meal. Do not exceed Arctic fish oil dosage. Suitable for children from 3 years: Calculate your personal intake with this formula: 0.15 ml oil x kg body weight. The oil is also suitable for use in cold dishes such as salad, yogurt or smoothie.
