Usage
Medik8 Blemish SOS can be used on individual areas or on the entire face – Medik8 Blemish SOS works best with other Medik8 products to prevent acne.
After cleaning, apply a sufficient amount of Medik8 Blemish SOS to a clean finger. Carefully rub onto the imperfection to maximize penetration. Alternatively, Medik8 Blemish SOS can be applied to the entire face for a complete blemishes treatment. Wait a few minutes for Medik8 Blemish SOS to dry and then you can follow the normal ritual.
- Cleanse the skin with a cleanser from Medik8.
- Apply the Blemish SOS locally to spots where there is acne.
- May be applied 5 to 7 times a day.
- Apply a Medik8 cream or serum over this.
Precautionary measures
Avoid contact with the eyes. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with water. If skin dryness or irritation occurs, reduce use. If the irritation persists, discontinue use and contact your skin specialist or doctor.
Ingredients
Salicylic acid
Provides deep cleaning of the pores and removes excess sebum and dirt. Inhibits inflammation.
Niacinamide
Also known as vitamin B3, it exhibits anti-inflammatory action and reduces redness and irritation. It also reduces the rate of sebum production and prevents pores from clogging, which can lead to pimple formation.
Azelaic acid
Regulates cell renewal in the same way as hydroxy acids, reduces comedones and clogged pores and due to deep penetration it helps reduce redness, provides fast healing.
Dioic acid
Reduces sebum production for the longer term, helps reduce the bacteria that cause acne and has an anti-inflammatory effect.
