    Cleanse the skin thoroughly

    Use one mild cleanser such as the Medik8 Surface Radiance Cleanse or Gentle Cleanse to remove make-up, sebum and SPF.

    Clean skin ensures that the active ingredients are better absorbed.

  2. Step 2

    Apply a pea-sized amount of the serum

    After drying the skin, use one pump of Crystal Retinal 10 for the entire face (and possibly neck).

    Distribute evenly and avoid the eye contour — it is better to use the Medik8 Crystal Retinal Ceramide Eye 3 of 6.

  3. Step 3
    🌙 Evening

    Build up slowly

    Use the serum 2 to 3 evenings a week in the beginning, and only increase it when your skin is used to it.

    With daily use, you will experience that typical “vitamin A glow” after a few weeks — a smoother, more even skin structure.

My golden rule when using Crystal Retinal 10

There is one step you should never skip: daily sun protection.

Always use a sunscreen with at least SPF 30 – preferably SPF 50 – even when it is cloudy.
UV rays are present all year round, and once you use vitamin A products, your skin becomes more sensitive to that light.
Without SPF, damage or pigment formation can occur more quickly, which will destroy the beautiful results of your evening routine.

My favorite is the Medik8 Advanced Day Ultimate Protect SPF 50.
This anti aging cream with SPF50 broad spectrum protection, supports the skin barrier and feels wonderfully light.
