📦 Returns & Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order 14 days after receipt cancel without giving any reason. After cancellation you will then have: another 14 days the time to return the product.
❌ Exceptions – supplements & skincare
This applies to a number of products right of withdrawal expires once the package has been opened or the seal has been broken. This concerns:

Dietary supplements

Skin care products (skincare)

Skincare equipment
These products fall under the exception in article 6:230p sub f of the Dutch Civil Code: the right of withdrawal is excluded for products that are not suitable for return for hygienic or health reasons once the seal has been broken.
🧴 This means that Opened supplements or skincare products cannot be returned.
✅ What do you receive in return?
If you return an unopened product correctly, you will receive it full purchase amount, including standard shipping costs.
ℹ️ If you chose a more expensive shipping option (such as express delivery) when purchasing, only the standard shipping method will be reimbursed.
💸 Return shipping costs
The following costs are borne by the customer:

Return shipping costs to our webshop (average €8.25 via a parcel service)

Processing costs by €4.95 per return
(These will be deducted from the amount to be refunded)
📬 Return conditions
To process a return correctly:

Serves the product complete, undamaged and in original packaging, including accessories, must be returned.

NB: The risk of return shipment lies with the buyer.We recommend to order the package insured and/or with track & trace to avoid loss or damage.
⏱️ Refund
Once we have received the returned product or you have provided proof of shipping, we will deposit the amount within 14 days back via the original payment method – minus €4.95 processing costs.
