The taste makes the Omega 3 algae oil suitable to take from the spoon or to use in yogurt, salad or smoothie (follow daily dose).
One teaspoon (=half a measuring spoon) contains as much Omega-3 fats as 1 herring† Good for heart (250mg EPA/DHA), brain function and vision (250mg DHA), blood fat/tryglycerides (2000mg EPA/DHA) and blood pressure (3000mg EPA/DHA. The combined daily intake should not exceed 5000mg.

Use algae oil
Recommended daily dose: Adults and children over 12 years: 2,5 ml per day (bottom line enclosed measuring spoon or a whole teaspoon). For children aged 3-12 years, halve this dose. Use during or after meals.
