What does it do? It traps fat and sugar in your body thanks to its insoluble fiber. It creates a gel that traps and drains the fat and sugars.
You do have to use the bag between 15 to 30 minutes after your cheat meal. This way you can sin every now and then

Use SOS Fat & Sugar Control
Bag with 3 grams of powder to take 15 to 30 minutes after a meal. Can be melted little by little on the tongue, or to be diluted in 100ml of water, or to be mixed directly with a food. Take soon after preparation.
